Food coupons issued monthly by the government allow people to buy a certain amount of meat, but because of shortages people often waited on line for 2-4 hours, only to find the shop had run out and their coupons were useless. Employees were required to remain in the store while it was open, even if there was nothing left to sell.<br />
Pologne, septembre 1981 – Boucher magasin situé Warsaw. Les tickets de rationnements sont distribués mensuellement par le gouvernement pour pouvoir acheter les denrées de base. Mais à cause du manque des produits essentiels il faut à la population après les heures de travail bien souvent, faire des queues de 2 à 4 heures en moyenne par jour pour finalement ne rien trouver. Par contre, même si les boutiques sont vides et n’ont rien à vendre, les employés sont obligés de faire acte de présence.
